The room I stayed in had a nice airy feel and its own bathroom with a great shower.

Extraordinary and nice property with a plentiful breakfast. The best location in the commercial area, just off the pond under the waterfall, cinema and seal colony, town centre and scenic lookout. Again, not far from Dolphin Encounter😃

The comfortable and excellent location is within walking distance of Racecourse Kaikoura, with cozy beds, coffee, a TV, and a mini kitchen in the room.

The room was wonderfully appointed and fashionable. the spacious bathroom was impressive. - the location is convenient, just a short walk to the sea. - There is a delightful walking path into town. - the deck had comfortable lounge chairs.

We truly enjoyed the place, with amazing views overlooking the bay by Patrick, and would definitely go back if we had more time.

The breakfast here was really tasty and it was included, which was a nice bonus! the location wasn't too far from the Art & Design Gallery, making it a beautiful and amazing place to stay 🌟.

We had a wonderful stay at a magical spot with a warm welcome. The accommodation was beautifully furnished and had its own entrance and patio. The hosts, Patrick and Mary, were friendly and informative, recommending great trips in the area. The views from the lookout point were lovely and we enjoyed a fantastic boat trip to spot whales, dolphins, and fur seals. I highly recommend this hotel.
